Now that Montag has burned Beatty, he seems even more depressed. I don't really understand where he is running to and how he possibly thinks hes going to get away with murder like that. Faber seems to old to be hiding a hostage for more than 5 minutes, and i still don't understand what they are trying to accomplish with the books and burning other firemen. Maybe they are just trying to bring back a little bit of the old culture. And i understand why Mildred left him, because she was so different and they didn't really seem to have much of a relationship left anyways. He lost his job, his wife and killed his boss within a matter of minutes and now has to figure out what he wants out of his life before its too late.
