I think the book ended off a little bit too quickly. I agree with Lindsay when she says its a very difficult book to understand. But i think in the end Montag finally discovers what his purpose in life is and even though he lost everyone in his life that mattered to him, he seems fufilled. Everyone serves their purpose and his is to share his knowledge to others to keep the books alive. After running so hard from the mechanical hound he discovers that he is a very important piece in keeping history alive. I thought the book was very interesting and although it had a couple of confusing parts, it kept my attention througout the whole thing.
